Live sessions. Live coaching calls and live training sessions hosted by the Company are recorded. If you attend, your name, your questions, your voice, and any video you have enabled may be captured in the recording. Recordings of coaching calls are made available to other participants in your cohort and may remain available after the coaching period ends. If you do not wish to appear in a recording, do not enable your camera or microphone and do not submit questions during the live session.

Participant-submitted content. Video, photographs, and other content submitted for coaching review may be viewed by Tom Davis, Company personnel, and other participants in your cohort, and may be played back and discussed on a recorded coaching call. Content posted in a private community is visible to other members of that community. Please do not submit or post anything you are not comfortable sharing in these environments.

The Company cannot control what other participants do with content they see or hear in a community or on a live call, although such conduct is prohibited by the Company's Terms of Service.

This information is used solely to deliver the Services, maintain platform functionality, and improve the user experience.

The Company may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, or similar technologies to collect certain information related to website usage.

No mobile information, including phone numbers collected through SMS/text messaging opt-in, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf (such as messaging platform or customer-service providers), solely so they can perform those services, and they are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
