Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 19, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, educational programs, and resources provided by No Bad Dogs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to:
 - The No Bad Dogs System
 - The Reactivity Masterclass
 - The No Bad Dogs Kickstarter Course
 - Master the Walk
 - Reactive to Neutral Dog
 - E-Collar Introduction
 - Any associated bundles, including The Leash Master, The Freedom Pack, The Advanced Pack, and The Complete System
 - Any associated bonuses, downloadable materials, or resources provided through the No Bad Dogs member area or digital platforms

We Scale Creators LLC acts as a marketing and operational partner supporting certain aspects of the Company's programs and services. References to the "Company" within enforcement and protective provisions include We Scale Creators LLC and its respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns.
By purchasing any product from the Company, you ("Customer," "User," or "Participant") acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. The Company does not offer or issue refunds on any product, including The No Bad Dogs System. There is no money-back guarantee on any purchase.
All purchases are final for the following reasons:
 - purchasers receive immediate and full access to all program materials upon completing payment
 - the full curriculum and contents of each product are clearly disclosed before purchase
 - the products are digital and cannot be returned once access has been granted
 - by completing checkout, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is final
Because access is granted immediately and in full, no refund will be issued once a purchase is complete.

3. Non-Refundable Products
All purchases of the following products are final and non-refundable:
 - The No Bad Dogs System
 - The Reactivity Masterclass (including the bundled  No Bad Dogs Kickstarter Course)
 - Master the Walk
 - Reactive to Neutral Dog
 - E-Collar Introduction
 - The Leash Master bundle
 - The Freedom Pack bundle
 - The Advanced Pack bundle
 - The Complete System bundle
 - The Master the Walk and E-Collar Introduction bundle
 - Any other upsell, backend, or catalog product purchased through the No Bad Dogs funnel or member area
These products are clearly presented as non-refundable at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase of any product listed above, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is final.

4. Support and Access Requests
Because all sales are final, the Company does not accept or process refund requests. Customers experiencing access or technical issues should contact the Company's support team in writing.
Support requests should include:
 - full name
 - email address used for purchase
 - date of purchase
 - product purchased
 - description of the issue
The Company will review support requests and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The Company will work to resolve access and technical issues but will not issue refunds, as all sales are final.

5. Revocation of Access Following Refund
If a refund is approved, the purchaser's license to access the applicable product and any associated materials will terminate immediately.
Upon issuance of a refund:
 - access to the No Bad Dogs member area may be revoked
 - all digital materials must be permanently deleted from the purchaser's devices
 - the purchaser must cease using or accessing any program content
Continued use, distribution, or reproduction of program materials after a refund has been issued may constitute unauthorized use of intellectual property.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds may be denied in circumstances including, but not limited to:
 - any request for a refund, as all purchases are final and non-refundable
 - requests for products that are designated as non- refundable under Section 3 of this policy
 - fraudulent refund claims
 - abuse of the refund policy
 - violation of the Terms of Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of misuse of program materials or repeated refund requests from the same individual.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing the Company's products, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting the Company to attempt to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting the Company constitutes a breach of the Terms of Service.
In the event of a chargeback:
 - access to the purchased products may be terminated immediately
 - the Company may submit evidence of purchase and acceptance of the Terms of Service in the dispute process
 - the Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of associated costs where permitted by law

8. No Guarantee of Training Results
The Company does not guarantee any specific training outcomes, behavioral changes, or timelines for improvement.
Dissatisfaction with personal training results, behavioral outcomes, or the pace of a dog's progress does not constitute grounds for a refund. All sales are final.

9. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes relating to this Refund Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Company's Terms of Service.
